Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely package your jewelry to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring that all original tags and protective pouches are included inside the box.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
